What we collect

If you subscribe: your email address, the state you choose for newsletter coverage, any topics you tick (gas, groceries, housing, concerts), the page you signed up from, and the dates you subscribed, confirmed or unsubscribed. Browsing the price board needs no account. We remember your chosen price-board market in a cookie on your device; we never request your browser location.

Why

To send the Tuesday note for the place you care about, and to prove you asked for it (that’s what the confirmation email is for).

How email is delivered

We keep the subscriber list in our own database and send through Resend, an email delivery provider, which processes your address only to deliver our messages and report bounces or complaints.

How to leave

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and supports your mail app’s one-click unsubscribe button. It works immediately, no login. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses are never emailed again.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share the list. No ad trackers, no third-party newsletter platform.
